The driver kept me informed as to date and then time when he would pick up the car, and called me again to tell me he had arrived. In Florida they had my car siting in short term parking and all I had to do was to check my cell phone messages to determine the exact location.Couldn’t ask for any better service.

I researched the internet to find a transport company, then called several. I discovered that most transport companies are Brokers and that Youngs owned their own trucks and the drivers worked direct for them. I liked it that I had the drivers phone number and could call him to determine where my car was at all times. When he arrived in Indiana, he called to set the exact time and place for delivery. The car arrived in excellent condition. I was very pleased with the service and contact information. I will use them again as need occurs.
We have used Young’s three times to transport our car from Indy to Florida & back. They have been prompt & courteous. They are NOT brokers, posting the jobs, but have their own trucks. You can be assured your car will arrive. I have recommended to a friend, who was very satisfied. You can go to their office and leave your car, and they will shuttle you to the airport. They are very helpful.

The driver was there when he said he would be, he was very polite, courteous and friendly and we appreciated that.
