We have been shipping our cars between MI and FL for 8 years. Unbeknownst to us, our previous transport company sold their trucks and began brokering. It became increasingly difficult to get commitments on pick-up and drop off dates and our last experience involved our car “disappearing” for 5 days after promised delivery, with very little communication. We had to rent a car and live without our belongings during that time with no compensation. We were delighted to find Young’s Transport! We did our due diligence stopping into their Fort Myers office a couple months before booking. It was comforting to hear they own their trucks and the drivers are long-term employees. Jeannie and Dana were very professional and kind in explaining their services and our options. We booked dates to ship our 2 vehicles back to MI with my husband’s car shipping first, so it would be available for him on his arrival. Our daughter was taking delivery of my husband’s vehicle and Dan could not have been nicer in communicating with her. She also had his cell number should there be any questions. He stopped close to her house, delivery was timely and the car was in perfect condition. I shipped my car a week or so later and it was such a pleasure to be able to keep my car until the last day, dropping it off on my way to the airport, then having transportation to the airport from their office. Again, my car arrived timely and in perfect condition. We would highly recommend Young’s Transport and look forward to doing business with them again next season!

We have used Young’s Auto Transport for a number of years. They are accommodating and very reliable. We have close friends who were scammed—no one showed up to pick up their car (or return their deposit).
Left my car (my baby) at their indoor storage facility on 5/1/15. Car was loaded on the transport 5/6 and delivered in Michigan on 5/10. I’ve never shipped a car before and was really apprehensive about the potential for minor dents and scratches. It came out great! Bugs and some road grime were on the car but that’s because it was not an enclosed carrier and I expected some of that. Everything washed off fine. Driver (Dan) was very courteous and accommodating – an asset to the company. Would definitely choose them again.
We recently used Young’s Auto Transport to ship a brand new car from southwest Florida to Michigan. We are very pleased with their service, a vastly different experience from the frustration we experienced three years ago “trying to ship” via a broker. Then the shipping window dates came and went and we were left stuck….. The certainty of a confirmed shipping date and reliable delivery window made working with Young’s a good experience.
